PROGESTERONE TESTING IS REQUIRED FOR NATURAL AND CHILLED BREEDINGS

For the above service we require a non-refundable fee of $200.00 at the completion of the breeding, with the balance of $700.00 due at the time the puppies are born. If less than 2 puppies are whelped the balance of $700 is not due. Chilled semen kit is an additional $75 ea. Plus extender and all shipping costs.

*AKC registration certificate (Xerox copy/ email)
*OFA certification of sound hips (Xerox copy/email)
*Brucellosis test---negative---within 10 days of breeding.
*ACVO or CERF certificate of eye clearance for PRA & any other eye anomalies within one year of       breeding
*Proof of up-to-date inoculations: rabies, parvo, DA2PL, kennel cough, and current administration of heartworm preventative
**Bitch owner responsible for all progesterone testing costs (required)
